Henry Scholl, an Aged Resident of the City, Dies Others Called.
Henry Scholl, a well known resident of this city, died yesterday morning at the home of his son, John C. Scholl, No. 510 North Lime street. He was eighty-two years old and death resulted from a complication of diseases. He was a carpenter by trade and for gome years he wag tax collector of East Hempfield township. He was a member of the Church of God. Three SonS survive: John C., ap engineer at the Lan. caster water works; William, of Philadelphia, and Frank, of Lancaster, The funeral will take place Friday afternoon at I o'clock at the house and at o'clock at the Old Mennonite church, Petersburg, where interment will be made.

Mrs. Maria Schooll, the estimable wife of Henry Scholl, carpenter, passed away on Tuesday morning at five o'clock at her home, No. 519 North Lime street. Mrs. Scholl succumbed to an attack of Bright's disease of the kidneys, with which she was afflicted for seven months. For the past eleven weeks she has been unable to leave her room and on Sunday a change for the worse occurred, and she had declined rapidly since then. Deceased was sixty-four years old and was born in Petersburg, this county. Her maiden name was Maria Bostick. A husband and three sons, Frank, William and John, survive. The first and last named live at Waynesboro and William resides in Philadelphia. Frank is a traveling man for his Waynesboro employers and he arrived home this morning a few moments before his beloved parent breathed her last. Mrs. Scholl has resided in Lancaster for twenty-seven years and was a member of the Bethel Church of God. The funeral took place on Thursday afternoon at o'clock. Services were conducted at the house by Rev. J. H. Esterline and interment was made at Petersburg.

Mrs. Maria Scholl died at 5:30 o'clock oa Tuesday at her home, No. 519 North Limo street. She had been suffering from Bright's disease for about seven montha and was confined to her room for eleven weeks. The deceased wAs born in Pittsburg and was sixty-four years of age at the time of her death. Her maiden name was Bostick. She was the wife of Henry Scholl, a carpenter, and had lived in Lancaster for over twenty years. She was a member ot the Bethel Church of God and leaves three children, viz: Frank, who travels for the Frick Manufacturing company of Waynesboro; John, employed 08 machinist at the 8Am8 works, and William, who is a carpenter in Philadelphia. The funeral takes place at Petersburg on Thursday, where Rev. Esterling will conduct the services.
